Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, Pancha Karma Specialist
Vidya is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Pancha Karma Specialist who has been running her private Ayurvedic practice, Niroga Ayurveda, since January 2009. Vidya has had extensive experience blending Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutritional guidelines, as well as personalized herbal remedies, to assist her clients in achieving and maintaining healthy, satisfying, balanced lives. She received my Ayurvedic training from the California College of Ayurveda and my Pancha Karma training from the Arya Vaidya Pharmacy in Coimbatore and the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM.
Vidya has studied yoga and pranayama at the Patanjali Yoga Peet in Haridwar, India and is a student of Advaita Vedanta (Indian philosophy describing the spiritual interpretations of the mind, body, and spirit) at the Chinmaya Mission of Los Angeles.
